TIRANA, Feb. 2 – Police officials said that two policemen serving in the traffic department have been suspended following their being filmed by a local television station as they behaved illegally.
In a different incident, another policeman was suspended for offending a citizen. Police continue to appeal to citizens to alert authorities about inappropriate or illegal police behavior.
