Legal procedure for Bankruptcy

TIRANA, Feb.11-Businesses which show negative bottom lines in their financial reports for more than three years will be declared bankrupt and enter the respective legal procedure. Such companies will be prohibited from taking out additional financial liabilities from other firms and, hence, having a chain bankruptcy effect. The Justice Ministry has started to complete a draft law that has been also requested by the Ministry of the Economy.
