KKRT gives construction permits

TIRANA, Feb.28 – After a period of freeze of three years, the National Council for Territory Regulation has granted 57 construction permits for apartment blocks and social buildings for the unsheltered. The movements are expected to revitalize the construction business and lower the prices.
