The ministries will be stripped off the capacity to grant permissions and licenses while the government will create a special independent center in the model of ‘one-stop-shop.’ PM Berisha sought from the Ministry of the Economy and Public Works to design the appropriate law. PM added that the measure will decrease corruption and increase efficacy.
