TIRANA, April 21 – Two officials of Kashar, a commune near Tirana, were arrested Monday and accused of abusing their posts.
Bashkim Kusi and Ruhi Valisi were said to have falsified property documents in their area.
A third person is said to be at large, also accused of the same charges. It is believed the officials falsified documents connected to some 30 hectares of land in Kashar. (Tirana Times Staff)
