Interior Minister in France on security issues

TIRANA, May 18 – Interior Minister Bujar Nishani visited France last week to meet with top officials and sign an agreement on joint security issues. Nishani signed the agreement with his French counterpart, Michele Alliot Marie. The agreement covers bilateral cooperation in the fight against organized crime, illegal trafficking, terrorism, money laundering and other issues. France will also help Albania with training police and other agencies involved in law enforcement. (Tirana Times Staff)
