TIRANA, May 18 – Two Britons were extradited to Albania last weekend where they have been accused of pedophilia.
Two years ago James Brown, a British national working with a children’s foundation in Albania, was arrested for allegedly abusing children. He was charged with engaging in sexual acts with children who were being assisted by the My Children foundation, where he worked as administrator. Two other British men who previously worked for the same organization, Dino Christodolou, 45, and Robin James Arnold, 56, were sought on the same charges, but they were not in Albania at the time. They were later arrested by the British police. The My Children foundation helps Roma children in Tirana. The British men face up to 20 years in prison if found guilty.
