TIRANA, Aug. 18 – Ballet dancers of the Ballet National School were invited to take part, Aug 11-18, at the 8th World Folk Meeting in Poznan, where artistic groups from Albania, Poland, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Turkey and Lithuania danced.
During the week, all participants managed to present their art in front of Polish citizens from the area. The Albanian group presented a series of dances, folk costumes and, overall, high professionalism. An open voting in public awarded the First and the only Public Prize to the Albanian group.
