Vodafone Albania lowers tariffs for card customers

TIRANA, Sep 8 – Following the recent decision by local authorities to lower mobile phone tariffs, Vodafone Albania became the first mobile operator to apply a 26% tariff reduction on all Vodafone Card customers, beginning September 8.
Vodafone Albania began operating in the Albanian market in 2001.
Vodafone Albania has launched various tariff plans, designed to meet communication needs for all customer segments from corporate, small and medium enterprises, as well as individuals and families.
Family tariff plans are innovative proposition, launched for the first time in the Albanian market by Vodafone Albania in June 2008.
“Customer-focus, innovation, flexibility, transparency, and mobile price affordability, are the core principles we implement as a responsible business, for our customers to make the most of their lives” said Vodafone Albania CEO, Haris Broumidis.
Vodafone Albania has some 1.2 million customers in the country.
