PESHKOPI, Jan 26 – A 34 year old man who has been missing for three weeks was found by local farmers over the weekend after snow had melted, revealing his body.
Police said it appeared the man had been a victim of the recent cold weather.
Hysen Leka was reported lost on January 3 in Zall Rec village, Dibra district.
