TIRANA, March 10 – Police found a small factory producing fake drinks. Three persons -Qemal Xhafaj, Fatmir Koleci and Nazmi Kurti – were arrested for using fake labels from the Ministry of Finance.
Police had investigated the issue for several months until it found the hidden location at an apartment producing close to half a ton of fake cognac, raki, vodka and a considerable number of other alcoholic drinks.
