BERAT, April 29 – Police arrested two persons and declared at large six others for being involved in a drug traffic network in central Albania.
Police stopped and sequestered 90 kilograms of hashish at a four-wheel driving car at the Morava village near Ura Vajgurore. The driver tried to flee after hitting the police car but he was soon arrested.
The same day police found 250 plants of cannabis sativa at a house in Kucova and arrested the two persons belonging to the separate cases.
Police had started the investigation a month ago.
