TIRANA — Malken Dalip Muho, 32, was arrested in France following an international arrest warrant issued for the Albanian citizen, who had been sentenced to 21 years in prison for a murder in 1998. Albanian police arrested Haki Alimi, 38, born in Preshevo, Serbia. An international arrest warrant was issued by the Kosovar court of Gjilan which had sentenced him to four years in prison for human trafficking. Vasillaq Lulja, 44, was extradited from neighboring Greece to serve 10 years in prison in Albania, where he was charge with prostitution-related crimes. In 1998 together with two other persons he had taken a woman by force, maltreated her for two weeks and then trafficked her to Italy as a prostitute. A year later the woman was brought back to Albania by Italian authorities, and she filed a case against Lulja and his friends.
