TIRANA, July 2 – Seventeen artists from the Kosovo town of Gjilan have opened a collective exhibition in the northern Albanian city of Shkodra displaying dozens of artworks, including paintings, sculptures, graph, installation, and pictures.
“It is a pleasure that Gjilan artists are being introduced to Shkodra, where the Albanian art has its foundations and exactly at the birthplace of great Shkodra artist Kole Idromeno known as the Albanian Da Vinci,” Avni Behluli, the coordinator of the exhibition, told Kosovo’s Kulplus agency.
The exhibition at the public gallery in Shkodra will remain open for the next two weeks.
