TIRANA, April 25 – Head of the civil emergency Alfred Olli took part last week at a regional meeting of the Initiative of Prevention and Readiness of Calamities of Southeast Europe of the Stability pact held in Bucharest Romania. Other officials from international organizations took part at the meeting. Participants talked on increasing cooperation in cases of natural or other calamities occurring in the regional countries. The meeting produced a memorandum of understanding which is now to be approved by all member countries’ governments.
