TIRANA, April 17 – The Ministry of Integration said Tuesday that it had reached agreement with Greece on certain infrastructure and transport projects funded from the European Union. Both countries selected ten projects to be funded from the EU’s Cards with a total of 4.18 million Euro and 23 other joint projects with a total funding of 33.147 million Euro Some of them are the customs unit in Qafe Bote, Pogoni-Sopik road, Leskovik-3 Urat road segment, rehabilitation of Ventrok-Rakica road segment, border control, management of border capacities, upgrading health capacities in the public health institutions, promoting cultural values in Gjirokastra, firefighting management in border areas, protection of natural resources, aid for Saranda hospital and so on.(Tirana Times Staff)
