TIRANA, Aug 11 – In terms of the number of internet users per capita, Albania has saw some improvements last year, according to IT experts.
Albania, along with Bosnia Herzegovina, overtook Serbia last year, according to IT expert Slobodan Petrovi欠president of the Association of IT Court Experts.
He said that, according to figures from December 2007, the only countries in Europe that use the net less are the Vatican and Ukraine.
He added, however, that in the Ukraine, the number of users is increasing at a rate of 2,500 percent per year. (Tirana Times Staff)
