Albanian extradited from U.S.

TIRANA, April 14 – Lorenc Balliu, 32, was extradited from the United States to serve a 16-year prison term for murder. Balliu, a former policeman, who was sentenced by the Korca district in 2003 after being found guilty of beating to death a person detained by police.(Tirana Times Staff)
