TIRANA, June 23 – Albania’s voters are heading to polling centers across the country this Sunday to choose their next representatives to parliament and decide who will lead the country’s government for the next four years. While voters are choosing 140 lawmakers, under Albania’s opaque closed-list regional proportional system, they are also voting to elect the country’s new prime minister as leader of the party that wins the most votes.
