DURRES, July 28 – Police arrested Lutfi Shabani, 37, for trafficking heroin in the western port city of Durres. Shabani had been previously sentenced on the same charges, according to police. When arrested, police found 15 kilograms of heroin in his car. (Tirana Times Staff)
