TIRANA, June 18 – The innovative AMC Fix service is expanding to new opportunities for subscribers, making everything easier, faster and increasingly cost-effective. Exclusively for the Albanian market, AMC offers prepaid fix telephony, the only of its kind in the whole South-Eastern Europe area. The new service provides subscribers with even more flexibility of choice.
Mr. George Papadakis, Manager of Products and Services Department at AMC, says that the new upgrade adds even more of the mobile world benefits to a fix telephony service. This way, AMC Fix provides the true benefits of a prepaid service: no monthly fee or billing, no lengthy procedures and on-the-spot installation. Now subscribers decide when and how much to spend on fixed telephony. All subscribers have to do is pay a visit to any AMC shops with an ID card and provide their address.
Immediately afterwards, they can acquire one of AMC Fix devices of their choice and install it immediately without complicated procedures or fix transmission lines. AMC prepaid Fix will work all over Albania, making use of the AMC mobile network.
Apart from the prepaid fix phone number, subscribers will receive 100 Lek of initial airtime, 500 minutes of airtime towards all AMC numbers (fix and mobile) and 40 minutes of airtime towards fix national destinations. Everything comes with the price of 2600 lek, VAT included. Airtime is valid for 30 days. To check the remaining minutes of initial package, subscribers can text 0 to 141 for free.
“Months ago we started with a fix service that delivers compelling tariffs and enhanced mobility for subscribers; instantaneous installation and other benefits. While all this has provided tangible advantages and results to our subscribers, the next step was to allow for prepaid AMC Fix telephony”, Mr. Papadakis explains.
