TIRANA, Oct. 28 – Daniel Cook, an American who apparently lives in Albania, has put into song touching lyrics about what he calls “a victory for violence, a victory for hate” נthe UEFA decision to award Serbia with a 3-0 win in its recent violent football game against Albania.
The song, “Eleven Men,” also deals with the ill treatment of Albanian players in Belgrade.
“And though you may be tempted to believe it’s just a game; You should wonder if the victims feel the same,” Cook sings.
Cook has posted his American-style folk song and lyrics on his YouTube page.
