Apartments not as expensive as before

TIRANA, Jan.30- The agency of real estate has declared that prices of apartments have stagnated, and in some cases decreased, depending on their location. Experts believe that the decline in the construction sector relates to many factors. However now that the majority of apartment blocks have been completed in the suburbs where infrastructure and services are weak, the price remains low due to the low demand.
