BRUSSELS, May 7 – Albanian
Foreign Minister
Lulzim Basha took part at the
meeting of the ministers’ committee
of the Council of Europe
to discuss on relations between
the Council and the European
Union, human rights in
CoE member countries, and
inter-cultural dialogue.
Kosova is another main topic
of discussion.
The session will pay special
attention to the relations between
the Council of Europe
and Southeastern Europe, Albania
