BERAT, April 12 – Police in the south-central city of Berat have arrested a suspected pedophile over allegations that he molested a 12-year-old boy.
The 26-year-old man used alcohol to lure the child into a tunnel close to a junior high school, police said.
Police learned about the alleged pedophile’s acts from the child’s grandfather, who was checking in on the child’s whereabouts.
Police immediately arrested the adult and charged him with sexual acts with a child.
