TIRANA, Jan.8 – Prime Minister Berisha asked the Ministry of Public Works, Transportation and Telecommunications to list the companies that have not satisfied the condition to raise capacities and to set standards for the construction companies. This will eliminate problems with companies who have not presented enough capacities to implement important infrastructure plans. Investments according to Berisha have increased four times but companies have not responded to this change.
