Better environmental cooperation with Puglia

BARI, May 7 – “We are trying to strengthen cooperation programmes
under way with the Region of Puglia. We expect to deepen
mutual understanding and build bridges for more and stronger collaboration,
especially with Puglia,” according to the Albanian Environment
Minister Lufter Xhuveli, who together with Albanian Minister
for European Integration Majlinda Bregu took part at the inaugural
ceremony of the fifth edition of ‘Mediterranea’ exhibition
where Albania was the guest of honor. The international exhibition
organized from the Puglia region and the Italian Federation of Parks
and nature reserves under the auspices of the Italian Ministry of
Environment, started in April with another ceremony in Tirana.
“These are good opportunities to discuss the many development
projects for both countries that we have in common,” said Bregu.
