‘Beyond’ exhibition opens at Tirana Ekspres

TIRANA, Dec. 11 – Young artist Igli Marion is featuring a series of paintings at the Tirana Ekspres art space in Tirana in a solo exhibition called “Beyond.”
The exhibition which will be open from Dec. 12 to 19 shows the young artist experimenting with different materials and colors based on his source of inspiration.
“I have different inspirations, mythology, history, human emotions, memories, and different techniques such as watercolour, acrylic, oil painting. Sometimes I get inspired by chaos or the opposite, how people feel in very regular and organized structures. The colors I use also differ from one painting to another but the narration is also present. Through the keys of symbolism there is always narration,” says the artist.
The cover painting called “Sphinx” is a mix of acrylic and water colour.
