ANKARA, Oct.25- The Council of the Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) met in Ankara on Thursday, for the 17th time. Participants were expected to make significant decisions on the implementation of the Summit Declaration of June 25 in Istanbul, and discuss the progress report of BSEC’s activities that were presented by BSEC Secretary General Ambassador Leonidas Chrysanthopoulos.
