TIRANA, Nov. 8 – Central and southeastern European countries signed Wednesday in Brussels, Belgium the free trade agreement. The Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) is a trade agreement between Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and the Republic of Macedonia.
