TIRANA, Feb.26- Crediting remains a powerful generator of financial means for Albanians but its cost ahs been rising and citizens have complained against the high cost despite the high number of banks. Official data from BoA reveal that the annual rise in cost has been as high as 50 percent. Banks have been crediting the large business in the fields of construction, services and trade. Another problem remains the bad loan rate which is 13.2 percent of the total amount of loans.
