Clandestini blocked while going to Greece

GJIROKASTRA, April 25 – Police stopped Wednesday three minivans with 19 immigrants-to-be trying to go toward Greece. Police arrested only one of them who were considered as the organizer of the illegal traffic. Helidon Gjini, 33, was arrested Wednesday early morning for favoring human trafficking. He was the driver of one of the minivans. The two other drivers of the other minivans are at large after they ran away when saw police. It was learnt that each person had paid 1,500-2,000 euros to get crossed into Greece. Greek police daily turns back scores of Albanians who have entered the neighboring country illegally. During the first two days this week Greece has turned back 104 young Albanians.
