TIRANA, March 5-The approval of the law for the compensation of agricultural land in use that is being appropriated for public use has provoked debate in the Commission of laws where DP member Rusmajli and RP member Madhi have held opposing opinions. Madhi argued that the government is under no obligation to compensate the owners of land out of ex agricultural firms.
