TIRANA, Feb. 21 – The Government has launched a tender on the design of the new Parliamentary complex on some 39,000 square meters.
The competition will have one stage after which a short list of ten offers will be selected.
Among the documentation needed for the tender the government has also asked for a 3D film of about 4-5 minutes long which will be broadcast to the people to get their opinion.
