TIRANA, March 9 – Albanian authorities sent their telegrams of condolences to the Turkish counterparts on the victims following the quake there.
Both Albanian President Bamir Topi and Prime Minister Sali Berisha sent letters to their Turkish counterparts extending their condolences to the 51 dead persons from the tremor in eastern Turkey.
