Counting process blocks schools in the capital

TIRANA, Feb. 21 – The counting process prohibited thousands of students of seven elementary and high schools in Tirana to follow lessons this week. That urged the education ministry to decide to add two Saturdays for lecturing. Schools are normally closed over weekends. School areas were in many cases used for the voting day on Sunday but only seven of them were used for the counting process.
