TIRANA, Nov. 13- The sentencing of a notorious gang for extortion and running an organized crime ring in Albania has been hailed as success for Albania’s justice system, whose reformation and solid track record is one of the key requirement to strengthen rule at home and pave the way for next year’s decision on the opening of EU accession negotiations.
