Customs office: $100 million liabilities

TIRANA, Feb.12- The total value of liabilities to the customs office has increased for the last 15 years to reach $ 100 million. Uncollected fines and obligations consist in 45 percent of this sum. The figures are higher than the predictions of the Finance Ministry.
