Delayed fines may sequester the vehicle, say police

TIRANA, March 21 – Police announced Wednesday that all drivers with delayed fines should rush to pay them or their cars would be sequestered. Police said that the payment could also be done at the post offices. There is a considerable number of vehicles blocked by police which are turned into a headache after covering a lot of space.
