TIRANA, March 1- The Property Registration Office declared that there are around 5600 double entries in its documents saying that measures will be taken promptly to address the problem. This was confirmed by Office head Arben Qirjako in a round table organized by the American Chamber of Commerce. Banks on the other side has been put on alert because the majority of collateral used by citizens to take credit is real estate property. Almost 3000 problematic titles belong to Tirana.
