Drug and human traffickers sentenced to imprisonment

TIRANA, March 11 – Two Albanians were sentenced to imprisonment for trafficking drugs.
Bledar Balliu and Aleksander Kolici were sentenced to, respectively,, six and four years imprisonment for organizing a drug trafficking network.
In another verdict, the Tirana district court sentenced a Turk and two Albanians to imprisonment and also imposed fines following their conviction for drug trafficking.
Yasin Ozul, Ali Ademi and Kelmend Frroku were sentenced to 6.5, 6 and 5.8 years imprisonment and also must pay fines for human smuggling persons across the borders from Turkey to Albania, Kosova, Slovenia, Croatia and Italy.(Tirana Times Staff)
