FIER, Feb. 14 – Fier district court sentenced Wednesday two persons to16 years imprisonment for cultivating drugs. Aleksand철Azizaj and Jani Brahimi were accused of cultivating cannabis sativa which they later sold and were each sentenced with eight years imprisonment. They were arrested in July last year in Levan with 123 kilograms of marijuana. Both acknowledged the charge and asked for a shorter trial. They also gain one third of the sentenced because of that action.
