TIRANA, Jan.23-The HSA sent the General Attorney a report filing the abuses and financial damages related to the Durres-Kukes road. According to the report the total damage done is 55 million lek. Several clauses of the contract have been breached according to the report signed by HAS head Robert Ceku. The report calls for the General Directory of Roads to be put in front of legal responsibility.
