European integration lectures held in Albania

TIRANA, Jan 12 – The European Movement in Albania (EMA) within the framework of the project “Support to the EU Info-Points Network in the University Towns of Albania” supported by EC Delegation to Albania, will hold a public lecture series on European integration.
The first public lecture will be focused on “EU French Presidency conclusions and Western Balkans” will be held in Aleksander Moisiu University, Durres with the guest speaker being Maryse Daviet, French Ambassador to Albania.
Daviet has a long career in the French diplomatic service, holding important positions in EU, China, and United Nations Office in Geneva.
Thomas von Handel, Head of the Political, Economic and Information Section at the European Commission Delegation to Albania and Mithat Mema, Deputy Rector of Aleksander Moisiu University are also to hold speeches at the lecture.
