DURRES, Jan. 27 – Police in Durres are investigating an explosive device found last weekend at the cigarette company building. It did not explode. The explosive was found by a guard at the factory, which had closed its doors 11 months ago. The factory is claimed by its old owners but legal procedures have blocked its transfer.
