SHKODRA, Feb 23 – What was first believed to be an explosive device was later officially found to be some kind of firecrackers that put police on alert after being noticed at a religious school in the northern city of Shkodra.
The school guard noticed the package. Specialized policemen from capital Tirana came to defuse the explosive after all the students and the school personnel were evacuated from the building.
