TIRANA, Jan. 30 – Police reported Tuesday they had a phone call warning them of an impending bomb explosion at a place near the Romanian embassy in Tirana. Police were told a car with Tirana number plates had illegal goods and was near the embassy. After surrounding the area police and special anti-explosive personnel found out there was nothing threatening at the car. The car owner also worked with police forces and was working at that area.
