Kosovo’s Burim Myftiu was the first-prize winner of the Focus 2010 international competition of artistic photography with his “The Shadow” picture. The second prize went to Latif Hasollo, another Kosovo photographer while Albania’s Jada Caja came third.
Sixty-eight international professional photographers, most of whom from the Balkans, participated in the fifth edition of the Fokus 2010 edition whose prize award ceremony was held on Friday, December 10 at the Bylis theatre in the southwestern city of Fier.
