TIRANA, April 14 – The French “Couleur Vocale” ensemble gave this week four concerts in the towns of Lezha, Rreshen, Berat and Tirana. The concerts started last Sunday at the cathedral of the northern town of Lezha to continue on Monday at the neighbouring Rreshen cathedral.
The ensemble performed on Tuesday at the Onufri museum of the UNESCO town of Berat before closing its tour of performances with a concert at the “St Paul Cathedral” in Tirana.
The ensemble composed by singers Odile Civet, Christine Chevalier, Isabelle Diologent and Ghislaine Leleux has a vast repertoire of songs with profane and holy songs ranging from the Middle Ages to nowadays.
The concerts were organized by the French Alliance and Embassy in Tirana in cooperation with the archdiocese of Tirana-Durres.
