Greek border crossing point temporarily blocked

KAPSHTICA, May 5 – The Kapshtica border point was temporarily blocked for some hours after a defect in the Greek computer system on Monday. It seemed that lightening was the cause of the defect.
Long queues of Albanians waiting to cross the border were created, something that urged Albanian border authorities to immediately start negotiations with their Greek counterparts.
